Kristina Cutbirth was such a wonderful realtor to work with! She is an absolute gem and made our first-time home buying process so smooth and easy. When we started looking, we got pre-approved early just to see what range we would be looking in, but we were thinking we would get serious about buying in a few months as we got close to our rental lease ending. Regardless of our timeframe, she indulged in my desire to start looking at a few homes I had my eye on, and trekked out of her way on off hours to accommodate my schedule, with both of my young kids in tow no less. Well wouldn't you know it, after looking at a couple of houses, we went into one and I got that "This is the house" feeling! Our budget as first-time home buyers was right in that range that usually would get us into a smaller home to start, but this house got us a much needed 4th bedroom and over 2k square feet, as well as a bunch of wish list items (vaulted ceilings, cul-da-sac, two stories, extra den, etc). I knew we needed to move quickly as it was juuuuuust in the range we could afford and was getting a LOT of interest.

The very next day she met with my fiance late in the evening to show him as well, and he loved it too! We decided to make a move and put in an offer before the weekend when they would be having another open house. Knowing our budget was strict, she worked very hard to negotiate into our price range, and helped us to connect with the sellers to show them how much this home would mean to us. Thanks to her persistence, our offer was accepted and we went forward through the home buying process! Kristina came to our home inspection, she connected us to our wonderful, communicative, and fair mortgage team, and walked us through every nuance we could think of, and some we didn't!

First of all, she listened to our unique requirements, needs, and wants, and then each day as homes became available that possibly fit our list, Kristina would filter through them and forward some to us. We decided to put our house on the market in April/May of 2022.
